- 500ml vegetable oil (for deep frying)

- 2 soft burger buns
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
- Flatten the chicken breasts slightly for even cooking.
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Submerge the chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
2. Prepare the Coating
- In another bowl, mix flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder.
